(Al-Burooj) 85 : 13
إِنَّهُ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ
Indeed, He originates the creation and repeats it.
It is Allah, the Lord, Who created all creatures; He continues creation, and He Himself will resurrect all creatures for the Day of Judgement. See explanation 7: 29–30 and 10: 34–35.
